Moving Forward

These are times of rapid shifts, a revolutionary shift at several levels, so to speak. These are periods of rapid growth or else of sudden unexpected collapses. While some find the unprecedented changes intimidating, others, very few though they may be, take a leap towards the future.

These moments, though nothing when compared to the life of humanity and the cycles of civilisation, seem very long in comparison with the relatively brief lifespans of human beings.

During these moments, the old ways do not help. In fact, the challenges are there precisely to find the new way, the pathways to the future. The doors to this new future open for those who are full of faith and courage. The rest fall back to the old and lose the moment and the opportunity.

Such is the moment when our choices will determine which way we shall go, as an individual as well as a civilisation, a flight towards a luminous future or the dark abyss.
